Dr. Svetlana Tokar

Family Doctor

Dr. Svetlana Tokar received her Doctor of Osteopathy from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine with
honors in family medicine and ophthalmology in 2002. She has worked in various medical clinics in Bronx area
including Montefiore Medical Center, St. Barnabas Hospital, and PAFM for the last 18 years. Dr. Tokar is
certified by the American Board of Osteopathic Family Physicians.

Dr. Jian Zhang

Podiatrist

Dr. Jian Zhang received his B.S. in Biochemistry from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1992 and
his Doctor of Podiatry from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine in 1996. He did his post-graduate
training at Our Lady of Mercy Medical Center from 1996-1999. In addition to taking care of patients at PAFM, Dr.
Zhang is currently Assistant Director of Podiatric Residency at Our Lady of Mercy Medical Center. He is also an
American Board-certified Podiatric Surgeon.
